The Story:
In these challenging times, the heart of every Jew the world over beats together with his brothers and sisters in Eretz Yisroel. Everyone is thinking about the Holy Land, and praying for peace. This design captures our yearnings for the time when God will once again return His full glory to Jerusalem and rebuild the Temple of old.
וְלִירוּשָלַיִם עִירְךָ
And to Jerusalem, Your city
בְּרַחֲמִים תָּשׁוּב
May You reurn in compassion
וְתִשְׁכּוֹן בְּתוֹכָה

Details:
This design is comprised of ten different pieces of fabric, including custom fabric designed and created specifically for this project. It is made up of over 300,000 stitches and is stitched in 31 colors. The early morning sky captures the “regulars” at the Wall. The artwork incorporates the highest quality custom framing, selected by Shalva to complement the design. It is covered with museum glass, which protects the artwork from UV rays, blocks glare, and allows the detailed stitchwork to be fully appreciated and to “shine”.
This Shalva-signature piece is a limited edition work of art. Every piece is hand-numbered ensuring authenticity and rarity. Once the edition sells out, it will never be reissued.
